Graduates from more than 50 universities begin technical training at Esyasoft’s Global Capability Center in Mangalore

MANGALORE, INDIA, 9 SEPTEMBER 2026: Esyasoft has welcomed more than 70 graduate engineer trainees and technology professionals to its third annual graduate program cohort. Selected from across the Middle East, North Africa, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), India, Europe and the United States, the cohort takes total participation in the program past 300 since its launch three years ago.

The 2026 program was formally launched with a two-day leadership and orientation program at Esyasoft’s Global Capability Center in Mangalore. Founder and Group CEO Dr. Bipin Chandra delivered the opening address, reflecting on the company’s development and the role young professionals will play in its next phase of growth. Leaders, business unit heads and industry experts from across Esyasoft’s markets led discussions on the energy transition, the future of energy technology and the evolution of the power and gas sectors. Interactive sessions, panel discussions and team activities introduced graduates to the company’s culture and values.

“You are moving from solving problems on paper to solving problems that affect real people. The systems you help design may determine how reliably a family receives electricity, how efficiently a city uses its resources, how sustainably an industry grows, or how effectively technology serves a community. That brings both opportunity and responsibility,” said Dr. Bipin Chandra, Founder and Group CEO of Esyasoft, in his opening address.

The technical and soft skills training runs for three and a half months at the Global Capability Center, which houses classrooms, laboratories, workshops, libraries, experience areas and residential facilities. It combines classroom learning with practical work, giving graduates exposure to AI applications, digital delivery, smart grids, electric mobility, climate infrastructure and energy management systems. Training is delivered by Esyasoft’s technical leaders and training partners, business unit heads and specialists from its wider ecosystem, bringing current project, technology and market experience into the learning environment.

“At Esyasoft, we believe every graduate brings the potential to create something meaningful. The Esyasoft Global Graduate Program provides the learning, exposure and experiences that turn that potential into capability. We are proud to nurture the next generation of professionals who will shape the future of our industry. Together, we are building talent that can contribute to a smarter, more sustainable energy future,” said Divya Prasad, Head of Learning and Talent Development, Esyasoft.

Graduates will then progress in their respective markets and complete three structured job rotations across functions, technologies and stages of project delivery as part of a wider two-year program. The rotations are designed to show how Esyasoft develops and delivers solutions, works with utilities and partners, and connects its five business areas across the energy value chain: Smart Utility Solutions; Software, Analytics and AI; Energy as a Service; Battery Energy Storage Systems; and e-Mobility.

“Esyasoft’s Global Graduate Program (EGP) is one of our flagship talent development initiatives, designed to nurture emerging talent by equipping graduates with the right skills while fostering strong alignment with Esyasoft’s culture and values. What makes the program unique is the strong collaboration across teams throughout the entire journey. From defining talent requirements and designing the curriculum to executing the hiring process, we work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure the program remains aligned with evolving business needs. Over the years, graduates from EGP have delivered impactful innovations across products and projects, creating significant value for Esyasoft’s global operations and demonstrating the success of this collaborative talent development approach,” said Gaurav Bubber, Head of Human Resources, Esyasoft India.

The 2026 cohort includes graduates from more than 50 universities, including Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras), Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay), National Institutes of Technology (NIT), Baku Higher Oil School in Azerbaijan and Politecnico di Milano in Italy. Participants were selected based on their technical foundations, willingness to learn, adaptability and readiness to contribute in an international working environment. They have been recruited into roles spanning AI development and engineering, instrumentation, industrial automation, civil and pipeline engineering, hydraulic engineering, health, safety and environment, and site management.

Offering advice to the new cohort, Nitish Namdeo, a Business Analyst at Esyasoft and member of the 2025 Graduate Program, said: “One of the most valuable skills you can develop is the confidence to ask questions. Being curious and open to learning will help you grow much faster than trying to have all the answers.”

As the 2026 cohort embarks on the next phase of their journey, they become part of a growing global community of Esyasoft talent shaping the future of energy. From the classroom to projects around the world, their journey will be defined by learning, collaboration and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Esyasoft looks forward to seeing where their curiosity and ambition take them.
