Esyasoft UAE was recognised during the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos as the UAE’s third unicorn, following its valuation crossing USD 1 billion.

Establishing a Dedicated U.S. Platform

Esyasoft UAE launched its U.S. operations with headquarters in Washington, D.C. and a dedicated technology campus in York, South Carolina, focused on technology delivery, innovation, R&D and locally developed solutions for the North American market.

Esyasoft UAE acquired Vision Metering in York, South Carolina, adding established U.S. smart metering expertise, manufacturing and AMI capabilities to its North American operations.

Esyasoft UAE strengthened its UK presence through the acquisition of Correla, adding specialist capabilities in energy data, software, professional services and managed service delivery for the UK energy market.

Esyasoft UAE completed the acquisition of Good Energy in the UK, expanding its capabilities in renewable energy supply, distributed energy and Energy as a Service, while strengthening its presence in the UK energy market.

Investing in Global Talent and R&D

Esyasoft India inaugurated its Global Capability Development and R&D Centre in Mangalore, India, creating a dedicated hub for technical training, research, innovation and the development of talent for energy transition projects worldwide.

Expanding Smart Metering and Manufacturing Capabilities

Esyasoft UAE entered into strategic partnerships with Landis+Gyr India and Adani Energy Solutions to strengthen smart metering, manufacturing and large-scale project delivery capabilities in India and international markets.

Expanding into Azerbaijan and the CIS

Esyasoft UAE established operations in Azerbaijan, creating a regional platform to support utility digitalization and smart infrastructure opportunities across the CIS market.

Scaling Smart Utility Delivery

Esyasoft UAE expanded its smart metering deployments across multiple markets, surpassing 25 million connected endpoints and delivering a major Advanced Metering Infrastructure program across five emirates in the UAE.

Esyasoft Holdings Ltd. was established in the UAE as the business entered a new phase, alongside strategic investment from International Holding Company.

Recognition for Esyasoft MDMS

Esyasoft’s Meter Data Management System was recognised in Gartner’s Market Guide for Meter Data Management Systems, marking the beginning of continued recognition for its utility software capabilities.

Esyasoft India received the inaugural Startup Innovation Grant from the Government of Karnataka, recognising its early contribution to energy technology.

From India to Impact

Esyasoft India delivered its first smart grid project in India under the guidance of the Ministry of Power, marking an early step in translating its technology vision into utility-scale implementation.
